Cookies are text files that are saved upon your computer or other end devices or that can be read here.  They contain combinations of letters and numbers.  They have a number of uses, for instance to identify a user when a web page is reopened and to restore his or her personal settings, to keep the user logged into his or her user account or to statistically analyze user behavior.  vintyri.org saves no cookies on your computer.

3.  General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data only when it is allowed legally.  We transfer data only in those cases described in Paragraph 4 below.  Personal data are erased as soon as their purpose has been fulfilled.  This also occurs when the deadline for a predetermined erasure is reached, unless there is a requirement that the data be kept longer.

So long as we are not legally required to store these data for a longer period or to transfer them to a third party (particularly in the case of a criminal prosecution), decisions as to which data will be saved, how long they will be saved and to what extent they must be made available will depend upon the functions of the website that are being used in the case at hand.
