Public Downloads
Many of our
downloads have been packed with WinZip® 9.0. If you have difficulty unzipping our files,
download the current free trial version of WinZip at http://www.winzip.com . Map Downloads All of the maps, floor plans
and dungeon plans are available for free download. These are the original, editable maps in
the .FMP format of Fractal Mapper™ 8 from
NBOS Software. FM8 is necessary in the full or trial version to work with these
download maps. For more information,

Many download files are in ZIP
form. The information block includes a
content description and the page or pages in the Dungeons Daring Corebooks where the map or plan appears. Note that some of these files are quite
large. These files are large because
all raster symbols used in the maps have been embedded. This is necessary for users to see raster
symbols that are used in the maps but that might not be installed on the
user's computer. Necessary Settings After loading these files in
FM8, use the menu bar to make these settings:
Map/Display Quality/Highest
and Map/Display Quality/Special Effects
– Medium Res. Without these
settings, the maps will not display correctly. Menu |
